Introduction - Compression Testing Machine
CTE-PRO is fully automatic concrete comression testing machine. Concrete test sample block will place betwwen fixed and swevelling platens and start the cycle. Force will apply on test sample gradually and it will brake.
Once test sample brakes its compressive strength will display on screen.

- Result directly saved in Excel file.
- Graph also saved in Excel file.
- Capable of saving customer name, other details of customer, ageing of cube moulds, identification mark of the cube mould, date, and time of the testing.
- Capable of printing direct reports from the computer.
- Capable of selecting different test parameters like pace rate, sample size, and area from computer (software).
- Capable of selecting different types of tests, such as flexural, CTM, aggregate crushing, etc.
- Emergency stop button.
Construction - Compression Testing Machine
Heavy duty spherical seat, allowing initial free alignment at the initial contact with the specimen and automatic jamming up to the end of test
Surface hardness of platen is 55 HRC, flatness tolerance 0.03mm. Traceable certificate of surface hardness available on request.
Piston travel limit switch (extra cost).
Safety door mode of GI sheet with acrylic window.
